i had thought i left a review a few months ago, but could not find it, as i wanted to give a 5 month update of my satisfaction with this particular shilajit. first let me say it is not the most palatable stuff i ever tasted , but it is a tar so, don’t expect it to taste like honey…i first bought this because i had just cracked a vertebrae in my back ,and heard this can promote better bone healing…i seemed to heal faster then my Dr’s expected, so that was a good thing…but that was just a start, the longer took this, the better i started to feel, my well being increased and the bouts of depression i would suffer occasionally had all but disappeared…next after about 4 months, it became very noticeable that my silver /gray hair (i’m 59) was now growing in a dark brown, to the point that all my friends were commenting that my hair seemed so much darker lately..so just recently i decided to look at the Bald spot on the top of my head , and to my amazement new brown hair has started growing..WOW!, the other thing i noticed is the elasticity of my skin has drastically improved ,with the crepe tightness that comes with age was quickly going away, which is even more remarkable since i live in the Mojave desert area , where dried out skin is the norm. i also noticed almost immediately the detoxifying qualities of shilaji…lastly i would like to add the customer service and communication with this seller was exemplary, answering all questions and concerns within hours of my emails….i’m almost ready to re-order, and just had to give my honest review of my experience with this near magical substance.
