I have researched this product and found the following. It contains a high amount of ionic trace minerals (85) along with fulvic acid which is a naturally occuring acid in dead organisms that greatly increases the bio-availibity of the minerals.
I am really enjoying this product. It is energizing! Inside of this is a much smaller plastic tub that contains the product. I subtracted a point because it did not come in a glass jar. The product tastes smokey and is quite thick. I enjoy it under my tongue or in a cup of a tea.
I have sampled a few other brands of resin. I am still in the process of trying them all. This is by far the cleanest shilajit I have tried by far. It has a subtle power that builds up the more I have of it. It’s not a miracle overnight cure but I think it does work.
This is a quality product. I feel very calm. Not my normal anxious self. I just feel at ease.
