I received this Authentic Shilajit before the weekend hit and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been hearing more and more how we as humans are missing so many minerals our ancestors normally used. When I heard about the product, I thought to myself wow, this might be the missing piece. So far I’ve been rolling it into a pea sized ball and swallowing with water. I’m excited to keep using and see the results!
This is the real stuff. It’s a bit difficult to use, because you have to slowly cut a tiny piece away from the “mother’ mass, and dissolve it in hot water. Very potent.
