I like this product a lot. It is such an added benefit to my intermittent fasting schedule as it curbs hunger in the morning and kick starts the digestion process. I am so happy with this product and am a consumer for life.
So I want to speak about the company and not yet the product. I have yet to try any Shilajit effervescent tablets from any company and so I am excited to try this product out and then post more about it later.
I have been taking Upakarma for a little over a week and have been amazed at how my energy and overall clarity improved. I am currently experiencing a couple of health challenges and I believe that this product has significantly assisted in reducing the discomfort, improving my functioning, and quickening the healing time.
I absolutely love this product. It gives me a increase of strength and energy. I feel like wonder women when I’m consistently taking it. I add it to my morning elixir, it blends right in and I can’t even taste it.
Some of the benifts Ive noticed are increased energy levels, sexual performance, reproductive health, and muscle recovery during and after exercising. This product took three weeks to start noticing a difference. I am on day 4 and I feel amazing.
