   I have used Upakarma several months and I love this product. This product has strengthen my immune system and given energy. I will continue to purchase and use this product. I shall remain a loyal customer of Upakarma.

   Having tried a few different brands of Shilajit effervescent tablets, this is among my favorites. I definitely feel the difference in my energy levels when I take this daily. Likewise, it helps my immune system stay cranked up.
