Over the years I have tried many Shilajit effervescent tablets products. This one gives me a good amount of energy all day long. I am no longer exhausted by early afternoon and continue working with great efficiency throughout the day.

I train for endurance and strength on most days, and never get enough sleep. Ever since started taking Shilajit effervescent tablets a few days ago, it’s been easier to pull myself out of bed in the morning, and recovery from training has been improving.
I do a lot of long drives for work and have noticed it easier to focus and not get sleepy on the same drives that used to wear me out before. So far been very pleased with the tablets and am looking forward to using it more.
This is my first time trying a Shilajit effervescent tablets product and I’m very pleased with the Upakarma tablets. When I opened up the the packaging it included directions and had pictured examples on how to use the product and also gave plenty of online support if the instructions weren’t enough. So far since I’ve started taking the tablets I’ve noticed a slight increase in energy and never feel a crash. I can see why people liked this product for meditation.
