Upakarma Shilajit, soft resin is a less processed Shilajit and not that hard as regular resin. It comes in glass container with a measuring spoon and usage instructions. Effective when used.
I love the immediate effects I feel so far. Better mental clarity and energy levels are off the charts. Its only been a week so I can’t wait to see how I feel after a month of taking Upakarma Shilajit.
